This comes from my buddy Frank. He spotted it at the Steelers store in Breezewood.
If you woulda showed me this shirt during the Steelers' 5-game losing streak, I would've laughed at anyone calling this team tough. But after the last 2 gritty wins and a glimmer of playoff hope, I'll accept the notion.
This shirt is a blatantly taking after the Ford Built Ford Tough slogan. It's pretty much an exact replica, only with a script Tomlin replacing the iconic Ford logo. However, it's in a similar font.
If this unlicensed shirt would've ripped off General Motors instead of Ford, it would've just been a note saying we've folded up shop and are not trying the rest of the season and are just hoping for some sort of bailout from the NFL to kick-start the 2010 team.
