Thanks to battle bot for this. He says:

While this could've been seen as a simple generic Steelers shirt before the Passion came to prominence with a championship in 2007, I'll follow along and respect it as a nod to local women's football. I mean it only mentions PITTSBURGH FOOTBALL and has a chick in a helmet leaning on a pigskin, so why not?
