Thanks to Sarah for this. She and her husband Bryan took a trip around Europe and found this guy in Belgium. She says:
“here is the mini-pony we startled after two bottles of wine, beers, cocktails and a five-course dinner with one of my oldest friends in a small hamlet outside of Waterloo.“
As Adam says: “that mini pony looks like its penned in with duct tape. and possibly an electrified fence.“
